The team analyzes each order to suggest optimized routes based on load size, cost, and road conditions, minimizing delays, escort requirements, and unexpected expenses. Additionally, detailed state provisions and route visualization tools help drivers better understand travel restrictions and plan safer, more efficient journeys.

Our team stands out due to its extensive experience. The general manager and founder is a seasoned driver with years of experience in hauling oversized loads across the United States. Our team, trained by him, is tailored to meet the specific needs of drivers.

When an order comes in, the management team analyzes it and suggests the best route based on the load's size and weight. The suggested route is optimized for the shortest distance, the best states to travel (considering permit prices), and the most truck-friendly roads, while minimizing escort expenses. Once the route is approved by the client, we send it to permit processing.

Once permits are processed, we handle the routing. We read the permit, place pins on the specified routes, and send a link to the client. This helps drivers visualize the route quickly and makes it easier to follow the permit.

Clients can add their cards on file for each truck, company, or driver. Cards are securely stored in Stripe's database. We pre-charge based on the estimated permit cost, and the final amount is charged upon order completion.

Our employees do not have access to client card information. Only the client and the general manager can add cards on file. Once added, card information is securely stored and protected from any leaks.

Our permit application fee is based on the complexity of the permit. Smaller loads incur a lower fee, while larger loads have a higher fee. Detailed pricing can be seen on our pricing page.

If a client needs an amendment to a purchased permit, our team will attempt to amend the permit with the state. If the state allows the amendment, we will process it, provide the amended permit, redo the route, and charge a $10 amendment application fee plus any additional state permit fees. If the state does not allow amendments due to a final sale policy, the client will need to purchase a new permit and will be charged a new permit application fee.
