A permit order qualifies for the Dispatcher Bonus Program™ only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The dispatcher is logged into their account.
• The order is created through the Synchron Permits Estimator.
• All required load information is completed.
• Required dimensions, weight, axle information, route information, and contact information are provided.
• Payment authorization is successfully completed.
• The order is accepted and processed by Synchron Permits.

Incomplete, abandoned, duplicate, test, fraudulent, or canceled orders do not qualify.

To participate in the Dispatcher Bonus Program™, the dispatcher must:

• Have an active Synchron Permits account.
• Be logged into the platform using their registered work email address.
• Submit permit requests through the Synchron Permits Estimator and Order Creation System.
• Complete all required order information accurately and in full.
• Submit payment information required to authorize the order.

Orders submitted outside of the Synchron Permits Estimator workflow may not qualify for bonus rewards.

The Dispatcher Bonus Program™ rewards dispatchers based on permits successfully purchased and uploaded to qualifying orders.

A permit counts toward bonus calculations only after:

• Synchron Permits successfully obtains the permit.
• The permit is uploaded to the qualifying order.
• The permit is delivered through the Synchron Permits platform.

Each permit uploaded counts as one qualifying permit toward monthly bonus milestones.

The more permits successfully processed during a calendar month, the faster bonus milestones are achieved.

Current milestone structure:

• 15 Permits = $30 Bonus
• 25 Permits = $50 Bonus
• 50 Permits = $150 Bonus
• 75 Permits = $225 Bonus
• 100 Permits = $350 Bonus

Synchron Permits reserves the right to modify milestone amounts or structures at any time.

Bonus calculations are performed based on permits successfully uploaded during the applicable calendar month.

Example:

Permits uploaded between August 1 and August 31 are counted toward August milestone calculations.

At the beginning of September, the earned August bonus becomes available for withdrawal.

Only permits successfully uploaded during the applicable month are counted.

Permits still pending, canceled, refunded, rejected, or incomplete will not count until successfully issued and uploaded.

Bonuses earned during one calendar month become available for withdrawal during the following calendar month.

Example:

August earnings become available for withdrawal beginning September 1.

Dispatchers have the entire month of September to withdraw their August bonus.

If the August bonus is not withdrawn during September, it expires.

Expired bonuses do not roll over into future months.

All bonus rewards expire at the end of the withdrawal month.

Example:

August earnings become available in September.

If not withdrawn by September 30, those earnings expire permanently.

No extensions, carryovers, or reinstatements are guaranteed.

Dispatchers are responsible for monitoring their bonus balances and withdrawal eligibility.

Eligible bonuses are paid as real cash rewards.

Bonus rewards are not:

• Permit credits
• Service credits
• Store credits
• Account balances
• Discount coupons

Eligible rewards may be withdrawn through PayPal.

Dispatchers are responsible for maintaining a valid PayPal account capable of receiving payments.

The Dispatcher Bonus Program™ is a promotional program valid only during the 2026 calendar year.

The program is currently scheduled to end on December 31, 2026.

Participation in 2026 does not guarantee continuation of the program in 2027.

Synchron Permits reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the program at its sole discretion.

Synchron Permits reserves the right to investigate any activity believed to be abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program.

The following may result in disqualification:

• Fake orders
• Duplicate orders
• Test orders
• Fraudulent submissions
• Attempts to manipulate permit counts
• Abuse of the estimator system
• Use of multiple accounts to circumvent program rules

Synchron Permits may withhold, deny, reverse, or cancel rewards associated with suspicious activity.

Synchron Permits reserves the right to:

• Modify milestone levels
• Modify payout amounts
• Modify eligibility requirements
• Change withdrawal procedures
• Suspend or terminate the program
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Any changes will become effective upon publication by Synchron Permits.

Participation in the Dispatcher Bonus Program™ constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By submitting qualifying orders through the Synchron Permits platform, participants acknowledge and agree to all program requirements, bonus calculations, withdrawal procedures, and eligibility rules described herein.
